Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join their esteemed team. This role offers the chance to leverage your skills in Quality Assurance to support a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will join a small team of specialist compliance professionals supporting the Head of Quality on a range of projects for a fast growing business.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate our comprehensive Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001. * Maintain QA policies, procedures, and guidelines to uphold our commitment to quality excellence. * Coordinate external audits with certification bodies, including BSI and Achilles. * Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address quality-related issues, ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions. * Manage the process for internal QA audits, preparing the audit programme and updating quarterly. * Lead a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills. * Conduct internal QA audits and analyse results, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. * Support the preparation of quality management reviews with senior management. * Prepare and update intranet pages and QA content. * Issue communications relevant to the QMS as necessary. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience Required:
* QA Auditor qualification is desirable. * Proven experience in Quality Assurance, which will be discussed during the interview. * Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. * Strong analytical skills. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This would be well suited to a quality professional who is developing in their career and wants to join a team with a clear route to a Quality Manager position.
