I’m currently working with an insurance company that has experienced exceptional growth over the past couple of years. They are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to help lead their finance team.

You will report to the Financial Controller and oversee the team responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of part-qualified and qualified accountants
• Prepare financial and management accounts for multiple entities and the group
• Oversee treasury, tax, and VAT for the group
• Take the lead on various projects, including system upgrades, acquisition, and integration accounting
• Lead the audit process and ensure all controls are in place

You will receive a salary of £80,000-£90,000 + bonus + benefits.
