Department OverviewWe are a focused and user-oriented development team with a wide range of developers operating globally in Mumbai, London, New York, and Tokyo. We are responsible for all E-Trading platforms in the dealer-to-client and dealer-to-dealer spaces, providing solutions across Rates and Credit; cash and derivatives. This is a very exciting opportunity to be a key part of this growing technology team specialized in building modern age UI/UX systems for electronic offerings. You will be developing high-performance components with trader UX as a core concept and will be working with a wider development team to ensure our solutions are cross-product and help consolidate existing functionality.
Role DescriptionYou are a confident and self-motivating senior React, HTML5, and .NET developer with 5 to 10 years of experience and a solid understanding of Interest Rates markets. You are client-focused and comfortable communicating with stakeholders across the bank. You thrive in a small self-organizing team and value user feedback within an agile development process. You can manage expectations effectively and have a demonstrable track record of owning the delivery of a high-profile product to demanding business users. You are familiar with the Fixed Income markets, both cash and derivatives, and understand the value of intuitive, robust, and reliable Front Office Risk systems to the desk.
Skills, Experience, Qualifications, and Knowledge Required:
- 5 to 10 years of experience developing Web/Desktop UI applications in .NET WPF and/or modern web development frameworks like React.
- Hands-on experience with HTML5/Typescript such as React/Redux.
- Knowledge of HTTP/Websockets.
- Test-driven development experience and automation technologies.
- Auxiliary development process skillset (GIT, Maven, etc.).
- C# development experience with WPF-based UI development.
- Experience with AG Grid and React.
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks like MUI/Tailwind.
- Experience with Reactive extensions/LINQ.
- Experience in Fixed Income trading and risk systems.
