Maintenance Plumber – West London Hospital

Your Role:

As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring the hospital’s plumbing systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Duties include:

1. Routine and reactive maintenance on pipework, drainage, and water systems
2. Fault-finding and repairs on hot and cold-water systems
3. Carrying out compliance checks, including Legionella prevention tasks
4. Collaborating with other maintenance professionals to keep the hospital running safely and effectively
5. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health & safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

1. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
2. Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within a hospital, healthcare, or commercial environment
3. Knowledge of Legionella compliance and hot & cold-water systems
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
5. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
