Residential Property Solicitor – Surrey

We are now looking for a bright and enthusiastic team member to join our client’s expanding Conveyancing/ Residential Property team based in Surrey.

The successful individual will be required to attend to the office approximately 3 days each week with the view to be flexible in order to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of residential property transactions.
2. Provide expert legal guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
3. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture.
4. Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal processes.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
2. Proven expertise in handling residential property transactions.
3. Prior experience in team management and leadership.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A proactive and adaptable approach to legal challenges.
