Interim Financial Controller

Acuity Associates are partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Bristol to seek an Interim Financial Controller to start immediately. This is a 3 month exciting opportunity for a finance professional to take ownership of financial operations and provide key strategic support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost efficiency measures.
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts and audits.
• Drive process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• Desirable – experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within manufacturing or relatable sectors.
• Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
