Our client, a very well-known consumer Financial Services brand, is looking to appoint a talented Marketing Director for a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of the brand across all channels, from awareness through to acquisition and engagement.

What will you be doing?

• Full Funnel Marketing: Overseeing marketing strategy, execution, and optimisation of marketing communications, including acquisition, brand & content, media strategy & channels, marketing effectiveness, and financial promotions.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Connecting marketing with other functions, promoting collaboration and big-picture thinking.
• Performance Measurement and Optimisation: Playing a critical part in maintaining an industry-leading NPS score while maximising the potential to personalise customer communications using the extensive data available.
• Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, and leading a team of approximately 30 people.

• Significant experience in consumer financial services.
• A talented, data-driven marketing leader with the ability to pivot between strategy and operations.
• Meaningful experience in leading teams through significant change – You must be an inspiring leader who combines pragmatism, dexterity, and flexibility.
• Expert stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
