Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to the sales team and clients.
  2. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  3. Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and present appropriate solutions.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the solutions.
  5. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation for client engagements.
  6. Gather client feedback and work with product development teams to enhance product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of relevant technologies and products, with essential knowledge of Salesforce Core.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex Salesforce Core information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate Salesforce Core solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support.
  • Experience in collaborating with pre-sales and sales teams to develop client solutions using Salesforce Core.
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams in technical discussions related to Salesforce Core.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions, with a willingness to continuously learn and update Salesforce Core skills.

Skill Set:

  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies and products, with essential knowledge of Salesforce Core.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey Salesforce Core technical information.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues related to Salesforce Core and develop solutions.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with clients, particularly in the context of Salesforce Core solutions.
  • Ability to mentor team members with a focus on Salesforce Core expertise.
