In this role, you would be expected to design our Digital Workplace approach, focussed on performance, resilience, security, and scalability, therefore you will need to understand how to manage an estate of devices and applications.The position holder will be entrusted to provide tailored solutions based on industry best-practice principals that ensure strong strategic positioning for future advancement and expansion of End User Technology (EUT) based upon of the Group\’s IT stakeholders\’ requirements.Interacting with business stakeholders and End User Experience (EUX) Service Manager to ensure the user experience remains fit for purpose as OSB Group growsActs as End User Technology SME in relation to medium/large technical projects and complex work packages into business-as-usual operationsTravel will be required between Chatham, Wolverhampton and London on a frequent basis

Previous work experience including:Software and hardware asset managementProducing option papers with emphasis on budget management, standardisation and end user experienceEUT monitoring, reporting and continuous service improvementStrong knowledge of MS Exchange Online and Office 365ITIL Foundation certification is essential
