Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked firm in Leeds who are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Help with company buyouts, mergers, and sales (M&A deals).Assist in handling cross-border business transactions.Work on projects involving raising money through capital markets.Support the team with buying and selling investments.Get involved in private equity deals.Take part in planning and setting up new company structures.Work closely with teams across different offices as part of the national corporate group.
The successful candidate:
1-3 years PQE.Strong character and able to communicate well with both clients and colleagues at all levels.Understands how businesses work and can give practical advice.Comfortable negotiating in person and in writing.Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in doing things right.Good at managing time and keeping documents organised.Confident using IT and legal software.
