Sabbadin Corti is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part 2/3 candidate to join our team based in London. We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for architecture and a demonstrated interest in contributing to all stages of project development, from initial design to final delivery on site.
Key responsibilities:
- collaborating across all project stages, ensuring design integrity and seamless delivery
- developing high-quality Revit models, design concepts, and presentations
- producing detailed architectural drawings
- supporting client meetings and presentations, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- assisting in the coordination and management of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Essential qualifications and experience:
- a minimum of two years of professional experience post-Part 2/3 qualification
- proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
- strong working knowledge of Revit
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in client-facing situations
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure
- good understanding of UK building regulations and planning
- eligibility to work in the UK
